un enterable docks

as inf prior to 1.31 you could crawl under the angled 2x4 on the side closest to the riverbank, every attempt in several towns has failed, inf just get stuck and stutter, only way in is through the obvious shed(waterside) is this known? or is it supposed to be blocked?

i forgot bout this till now, when you are attempting to get into the dock building there is a crawl space where i used to enter in from prior to 1.31. This is against the wall closest to the riverbank, and between the set boxes(somewhat of a corridor, ther is a 2x4 like board angled from the floor up which used to be passable, now when i attempt to go through i get stuck or pushed back into the boxes, if i was at a computer where the game was installed i'd take a picture, hopefully others know what im talking about i know im not crazy.
