Spitfire damage model needs a look at.

I gave a Spit Vb a run after a 100 sec Axis S/D. I had 4 109s pounding away at me for a good 3 min. Engine smoking and pilot took a hit to the torso but the health bar didn't even drop and with both of these factors the plane's performance didn't change at all.

I can also just roll to the side and hold the stick back for 2+ min turning as hard as I can and the plane only ever shudders, but never stalls.

ppl mentioned already alot that the damage model of this plane is not correct... but nothing changed so far...

i tested it in intermission... got a hit in head... nothing severe happened to my pilot/plane. could still fly around as if nothing has happened... health bar only dropped a little bit... not more

Getting hit in head is not always fatal FYI. concussion from HE rounds travels through stuff and reads as hit in head even though its just a loud boooommm.

dont fly a spitfire once or just during intermission and make claims about the damage model...

try flying it for a whole campaign and see how many times you get 1 plinked in the head and are instant dead while your plane is fine...or you get 1 plink from 500m out and your wing comes flying off

I've flown plenty of both axis and allied (french and british) and i really dont notice any major difference in damage models.
