this seems only started to happen more often after 1.31.4

when the game is loading up, it suddenly gets a BSOD, and right after that, I have to do hard reset on my system

the 1st time right after that BSOD, my systems always shows boot disk failure, but if I reboot again, it goes back into windows

this does not happen to any other applications that I use

last night, after I exit the game and browse the web, it got BSOD again

I saw the error from windows is kernal_stack_inpage_error in the BSOD

I didn't pay attention of where the stop was at, so I can't tell what exactly the error was

also, windows evenly log doesn't record this error at all

The game itself will not cause a BSOD.

First make sure ALL drivers are updated amd check your system temps on load, any of that's more likely the cause.

I have speedfan to monitor the temp, and they should be no more than 55 c on CPU cores and GPU

I updated nVidia driver and X-Fi Sound card driver last week, and I will continue to check if other drivers for my system have update or not

however, this problem does happen more and more often lately, so it does make me wonder something is going on

It's obviously not a game issue or a bug. It's hardware related.... either your hard disk is failing, motherboard.

Update chipset drivers as well, those are very important too.

Check for a BIOS update.

Sadly enough, sometimes a complete reinstall of windows is the only solution so that might be what you end up having to do if you can't find the problem. All I can say is, the game cannot cause a BSOD. However, the extra stress it causes for the system can.
