Kills not being awarded

Not sure what else to call this ... Defending Havelange tonight and on three seperate occasions I shot ei and was not given the kill.

1. Shot an ei from behind at a range of about 5ft with an lmg first(12 rounds or so) for no effect, fired my pistol about 5 times and ei runs away about 10ft turns, lays down and shots and kills me.

2 and 3 Happend at the same time. 2 ei comming through a murder hole, both moving real slow, no one could see them cause they threw smoke first, I saw thier feet only, aimed up shot both, they both fell ded. No kill on either.

Something is very wrong here. This pissed me off enough to cause me to log for the night.

Ive had this a lot too. Mostly when shooting tanks. Hit, tanks explodes.. no kill. Or hit, tanks flames then explodes.. no kill. Had it happen tonight over Havelange in a P38, blew the wings off a 110.. no kill. Just a bit bothersome to me, but others have said its a known bug.

happens when you explode the ammo in an aircraft target you are shooting at, for example ... but doesn't so far seem to affect tanks unless you can easily replicate it <- if so give us your testing methodology and recorded results

we have tested this in various situations, if you have other data or evidence that is verifiable and replicatable please submit it, you might help solve the problem sooner
