Ok we got this sussed now. A value was being adjusted in the wrong direction because less was more, and it was assumed that more was more and less was less.

We have to down the host to push the change, don't know when we'll do that, probably next Tuesday's maintenance down and up I would imagine.

just for the record, this isn't "getting it back to normal" as "normal" is whatever we set it to

repair times are merely a value that is set according to what seems the best choice at the time, the current setting was at one time considered "normal" and in the future any change may well be equally "normal" ... it's important to use the correct definitions because otherwise false premises and expectations, if not outright myths, tend to take the place of real knowledge

from the looks of the graphs, 75% dmg to 50% dmg is 7 hours x 4 is 28 hours from 100% to 0% dmg!
