i have lost being able to drive some things like the BF 109-E4 and the panzer IIIH i was able to drive them last week but it has ramped up there ranks needed to 5 wich i find a bit odd since the panzer IVG is rank 4 its just these two vehicals and no others can any one help

Some allied units had rank restrictions upped as well, for some reason. Notably the Spitfire Ia now requires rank 3 to fly, whereas in the previous tier it was rank 1. Intentional or not, it wasn't announced ASFAIK. This probably is not the correct forum for this though.
