Most ppl get the stutters here. Hevy ones too, now i know what people are talking about. My question, is this a performance issue or a bug?

*edit The weard thing is that it comes and goes.

And it comes for everyone at the same time, and disapperars for everyone at the same time so its probably a server issue.

Yep, is terrible, makes the game stop and go action. It did stop very rarely, and only for very brief period of time. Very annoying and makes it hard to play, almost gives me a headache trying to watch the screen.

Too many polygons in town? (the largest town of map, right?)

Stutters while system is loading the town??

I can have between 9 - 50 fps in a few seconds :D

I noticed stutters (low FPS probably?) on my side in Essen for the first time ever with this computer (i7 920@3.5GHz, 6GB RAM, GTX275)

Yes, same here. Strikes me more like a dropped packet issue than FPS. My FPS meter was steady the whole time around 35-40, but there were freeze stutters.

Somehow I get the feeling Essen is a very very low priority though, given it's location.

Frankfurt has the stutter issue too, I drove a truck from Bad S and was stutter free until pretty much exactly 10k from Frankfurt, at that distance the Frankfurt town was not even being rendered so it's not a render issue, my instinct is that it's something to do with the AAA

I can confirm, that the issue seems to happen at exactly 10km circle around a factory town, up to any altitude (even 10km out, 8km up, so it is a 10km cylinder, not ball. Issue goes away as AAA AI is off I think.
