Another small bug that I don't like is that you can't bring out your binoculars without using the next/prev weapon keys. Since it shows up as a 'weapon' one would think it would be assigned a number like all the others. Or if that's not possible, maybe a special key for it?

0 (zero) key?

This is correct, it's the Zero key, and it also got a small delay to it ( like every other weapon )
