Report Confirmed When I Did Not Report

Beginning with intermission and now into the campaign, I am periodically seeing confirmation in chat that a .report I made has been received by CRS. I have no idea of what that's about, I haven't reported anything lately.

I have not changed any key bindings, etc., and one time this happened when I was not even touching keyboard or mouse. Very strange.

but I did not have concussion or if I did, it was teh same as not having one.
