MISSION DEBRIEF, CS&R: Same mission, different results!

I sapped a panhard last night, and got the kill on despawn, debriefing screen...then went to check CS&R, and the panhard kill disappeared. Any explanation? Mission debrief screen, and link to same sortie on CS&R are below.

It sure is something wrong but CS&R have never been 100% accurate as long as I've played this game so... it's probably just the good old unreliable CS&R doing it's thing again.
