Countdown timer stuck #4699

I built an AT position as sapper, died before the timer reset on my spade tool, respawned as rifle and when I try to build an IFP it says wait for countdown timer..and is stuck on this until i respawned again, when the timer reset from 0%

Several cases need testing like what happens if I despawn when I'm building? If I die when I'm building? Same for cooldowns.

The post is for dying while the cooldown is ongoing despawn/respawn to find the cooldown stuck.

Probably need some blanket coverage.

Reset cooldown and build timer on depawn.

Stop any current build when the esc key hit.

Should be fixed 1.32.0.11.

- cancel all current builds when esc button is hit

- death resets all cooldown timers
