Allow gun emplaement to be built around the new

the new spawn boxes. It fits, and would make the spawn point a little harder to destroy from range. Kinda like a hardened spawn point.

Would LOVE a GE to be the central point at the FRU. The GE building would protect the radio so it would require the enemy to get closer to the FRU instead of blowing it up with a long shot.
