I didn't think you could ... too late at night for me to check now ... Pretty sure when I have one-man-banded an FB I have had to be minimum distance ...

However ... It really is a bit useless setting up so close to a defended FB ... The only time it would be useful is when the FB is not guarded (save a long walk) ... Though FRU might make this a bit different if an ML is sneaky ... What you will get is complaints if it does make a quick zerg on FBs possible ... People hate FBs going down ...

You most certainly cannot. Which is why I pointed this out in the first place. This not in accordance with current game rules. Rules change. And this is one rule that may need to change.

I think I can circumvent the 400m restriction by targeting another facility as long as the facility is in range of the fb. But that circumstance is rare given the 1.4km max range. It's been so long since I've seen it happen that my memory is uncertain. The circumstance doesn't exist on the live server atm so I can't confirm my fading memory. FBs don't seem exist offline. At 3km, if my memory is correct, I should be able to avoid the 400m restriction most of the time. So why bother with fixing this one?
