Marks placed on the map are being lost during mission/brigade switch. It also appears that marks placed before someone spawns in are not showing on the map for new spawns. I've lost my own marks placed by switching missions and frequently things marked will not show on someone elses map who is on the same target, sometimes even the same mission but I believe it is related to spawning in after they are placed.

Perhaps an example will help clarify:

In Turnhout, I spawned in british SAS, mission target area defense of Turnhout. I marked two trucks, some infantry, and placed a danger mark. After placing these, and dying, I switched to the french brigade in turnhout, mission target area defense of Turnhout, and all the marks I had placed (less than five minutes ago) were now gone.

Having the same experience a couple of days ago (this is 1.31). Created mission in Mol-Geel cp, made three marks. Left mission, but remained in brigade. Created mission in Mol-Lommel cp and marks I made on previous mission were no longer visible.

Origin and target were set the same Mol-Geel/Mol-Geel and Mol-Lommel/Mol-Lommel respectively.

You probably know this better than me but what is the expected functionality here?

Contact reports shared across mission?

I'm seeing them from spawn to spawn.

Whether or not this is how they worked before is debatable, but in general terms the expectation that all players regardless of mission in the same area would see the same marks. If I share the target radio channel with you, I should see the same marks you do. If my mission destination is in the same city, or any facility within that city, I should see the same marks. If I get to the party late and I join an existing mission, I should see the same marks as those seen by those players there before me.

Once again, I don't know how it worked before, so I'm not even sure something is broken or if we just didn't notice (or care lol).

That jives with what I think is true:

"Players on missions that share a target CP (that's a town) will share contact reports"

I bet it broke when we made it so that contact reports didn't have to be approved by the ML. in fact, Oli might have had to kill that functionality due to the increase in contact reports expected. Maybe...
