Infantry Stance Change Bug (Easily Repeatable)

I have a feeling this relates to an older bug that people have described.

It is related to the 'tired' system applied to stance changes (prone / crouching in quick succession)

::Syptoms::

Locked into prone position until no longer 'tired' - This should only happen if you switching stances to often, that is how the system is intended but this is also occuring under different circumstances.

::Steps::

* Go to prone position

* Quickly presse and release your move forward key only need to do this a few times.

* You are now locked into the prone position until the 'tired' timer ends.

Edit: You need only even tap it 3 times as if correcting your position in a real game situation.

::Tested::

*This will only happen for the forward key being spammed whilst prone.

*Does not happen in crouched, or stood position.

Dont want this one to fallback pages, I've had someone in game recreate this as well.

It will be more noticable when using IFP if people move forward to 'peek' then find they cannot stand up or run.

I've done abit more testing and once you're locked in the prone position you cannot change stance if you are still moving, you have to release all keys and allow the 'tired' timer to run out (which shouldn't be affecting the soldier at this point).
