it has come to my attention that in online play there is only 800x800 16, this is not what i pay for by the month. i don't care what beta stuff your doing , but if i'm paying 14.99 a month i expect the online play to take precident over any beta stuff thats going on. as far as the beta stuff , the beta stuff your doing now isn't all that important. the regular online play is whats important

But that's not what he's paying 15 bucks per month for, apparently. Does this fee not include a Rat coming over to your house, installing the game, setting the preferences and customizing the keymapper?

I paid Nvidia $$$$ for my twin 9800 GTXs and I paid acer $$$$ for my H243HX monitor ... and I cannot get even 1 800 x 800 ... nevermind 16 of them ... I'm extremely unhappy.

Can't help but feel this thread is going to get slightly unhelpful so I'll provide the asnwer.

800 x 800 ... since the 16 doesn't have any operator I'm going to have to assume;

800 x 80016 = 64012800

I think paying this small amount monthly for 64012800 is pretty awesome to be honest.

This is not a beta topic. 800x800 16 sounds like a typo of a resolution. I dont' think there are any squares. But if it's a resolution issue this belongs in tech help and it's an easy fix. Simply change the setting. I use 1680x1050 32.

The game should allow you to set to any res that your monitor and vid drivers support. It does for me and best as I know everyone else.

Iassumed he meant resolution. Maybe it's tile size? no idea where the 16 comes in though but a tile is just that and there are 1000s that make up the game world.

So I'm not sure what RC is refering to.

yeah the settings thing won't even open i don't know whats wrong with it i've uninstalled , re-installed , ever since you guys access the funds my my account my account went inactive and then active and then inactive and now its active . i was gone for a few days i don't know what you've done . i had the game all set the way i wanted it . i didn't touch nothing, its in the game itself i can't fix it res. is stuck at 800x800x32 and settings won't even open. theres no other choices in there its supposed to be set for 1920x1200x32

i didn't change anything, i just havn't played the game for a week or more , i've been doing other things on my computer, i havn't changed anything , except your computer gernerated payment system accessed the funds to early with made my account go inactive a few times

Hummm RC, the game is actualy standalone (you can use it offline without a account) so nothing to with a account would affect the core game that you installed.

If this just happened without you changing anything it seems to me it's got to be something on your computer. Possibably a registry prob if settings won't even open.

You can open your "documents" folder then open the battleground europe folder and then rightclick the wwiiol.xml folder and select "edit".

Then at the top left of the xml that opens click "edit" select "find" and type res.

Click the find button and it will take you to the line with the resolution.

Change the 800x600x16 to the res your desktop is running and save the file.

That should fix the resolution but not the cause which I do suspect is a registry prob.

Sounds more like he has picked up a virus or something, and its interfering with monitor settings etc...Very odd scenario though...

i've uninstalled the game and taken out any beta stuff, the beta stuff is the only thing i messed with but now the download keeps looping i guess they call it . now the beta worked fine 1920x1200x32 so i'm thinking serious beta issues! so i just won't reinstall any beta and see how that goes after a re-install
