Can't connect to patch server to try beta.

hi, when I try the beta, it gets stuck on "Connecting to patch server" and in paranthesis at the top it says "(Not Responding)

Any ideas?

Edit: Sometimes it also just says"Download failed, please retry" and gives me this page. http://www.battlegroundeurope.com/scripts/wwiionline/error.jsp?error=nopatch

Alright it still has the same problem. Download finished but still doesn't work.
