saw enemy FRU 20m from inf tent FB today. Perhaps a tad bit close yes?

Its still roughly 400m. You need to move around a bit the terrain does make a difference.

It is not 400m to fb anymore. There is no minimum distance to fb atm. 400m applies to facilities (flags) other than fb.

I bet that your target wasn't the facility you thought it was. Quite possibly your target was your origin which may have been more than 3m away. That would account for your experience.

I meant ms range is not 400m anymore. Prior to FRU minimum distance to fb was 400m to fb marker.
