Can't place fru

As I write this, I'm covering inside a bush outside dinant, unable to place my fru any closer than 2km from town..

Origin: Spontin-Dinant FB.

Target: Dinant area attack.

Fru currently placed at the eastern most golfball forest 2 km outside of town.

Fru was placed with an opel.

current unit: rifleman.

Have ML, the only one on the mission.

Time since fru was placed: 10 minutes.

Dinant-ciney and Dinant-Haistre depots are axis.

Well that's all the current info I can think of right now. There are more who have similar problem but some can place a fru without problems too..
