Offline external camera

I don't know if anyone has addressed this yet but it seems some of the keys to move the exteral camera are not working. Or the option for them are not available anymore? I was trying to make some aerial photos of towns however when I toggled the camera externally to change the view, to get right above the town, I can only pull the camera out or in. I can not move it above or around the guy using the pre-keymaped keys nor can I by keymapping to differnt keys. The only way I can move the camera around my guy is by hitting the 'N' key and using the mouse, however this is tecnicly not moving 'around' the guy but rather pivotting the guy, of which I am okay with for what I am trying to do. I was able to toggel the external camera in any direction with 1.31, but now I can't.

Also I was able to hit the 'Shift' key to make the camera move faster, now I can't do that either.

Seems to be working for me. I can zoom pan and tilt.

I have tried everything excetp removing the game and reinstalling it. When I got the update I didn't do a fresh install of the game. Could that be the problem?

works now, don't know what it was, didn't do a fresh install. Got up this morrning and tried it again and it worked...lol thanks though.
