We'll call that cycle to be less confused.

Anything you can think of? I'll go fire a few rounds while I test a capture...

Ok that is mind numbing but it seems to work through at least 5 clips.

i've tested a bit more, if i alt+tab to get on the desktop. after this happens, the rifle don't reload anymore or just sometimes.

this alt-tab thing will sometimes cause all weapons to not work properly i've noticed...but its impossible to recreate, but alt-tabbing has caused me to suddenly have no weapons (stuck on binos but unable to switch, etc) as well as have weapons that won't reload, weapons that are stuck in a reload cycle, etc etc.

but i can never replicate it accurately.
