Settings.exe error

I can no longer launch setting.exe

I get the following errors:

Dunno. I'ev asked someone else to take a look at this.

Any ideas on this frustrating error?

So I noticed that perhaps my AVG was interfering, so I uninstalled and got the following error:

A while back I ran into a problem where I couldnt launch my settings exe kept getting some sort of error after a while I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. Now it is back to normal Im not sure if there is a fix other then that.

i've had some false statements once in my wwiiol.xml causing settings.exe to crash and the game not to load. after deleting the wwiiol.xml in my user directory, settings.exe was working properly again.
