Still some kill issues

I think someone needs to clarify this statement by Gophur:

Kills will now be awarded for any damaged plane that does not RTB even if that damage is not critical as long as that damage was recent (maneuver or ditch kills)

From what i've been seeing in-game, there is no "recent". I still get kills awarded against me if i ram something with prior damage (or ditch, lawndart etc.) no matter how long its been since i received that damage... and even if the pilot who originally gave me that damage is already dead.

Another issue is the persistent explosion = no kill from 1.31. I'm tryin' to kill them carefully but sometimes I'm just not careful enough.

Bounced a hurri over lunch today, blew off part of his tail and watched him spiral into the ground = no kill.

Later same mission on AO next to Antwerp (sorry can't remember the town) dogfought another hurri, shot him a few times with cannon, watched him go into the ground and rtb'd.

Again, no kill. He WAS plinked by another plane as well, so it's possible that he was awarded the kill instead - BUT I'm seeing this all the time now.

Sure, there's an explaination for the second one, but the first I simply cannot explain.
