DD + Naval AI bug?

Took a DD from Oost to Vliss just now. Plain sailing all the way but approacing vliss say 8km away began immense concussion !!

i could see naval AI on the shore firing my way however shots were detonating way away from me 1k+ away. i pulled back with conncussion throuout!

Only when AI stoped firing in the distance things cleared up.

managed to engaed an edd... then once again when i got just within range to trigger AI immense Concussion and extreme lag. it was impossible todo anything & i have ended up despawning. So much concussion i couldnt even get a shot on the damn AI.

I think there is a bug & if anyone has experienced similar please post.

Ok this is the concussion bug. I've got both of my machines running a test right now so I can;t replicate this. Can you replicate it in this spot?
