Notified at 5:45 am this morning that Gent South Railway Station is currently displaying the default "no strat" Chinese flag and is probably not capturable. Investigation found:

There is (for reasons unknown, probably a compile eror) TWO Gent South Railway Stations, one in the correct location (and marked on the map) and one in a totally bogus location just east of the Gent North ArmyBase, and not marked on the map with a flag.

The one in the correct location is a strat "ghost" and cannot be captured. The one not marked on the map with a flag, in the wrong location (just east of the Gent North ArmyBase) can be captured and this is the one that needs to be captured to gain posession of the Gent Nrth Railway Station facility when you are capturing Gent.

We have to compile and then install new terrain on both the host and your game clients to correct this. It has been fixed already and will be tested during v1.33 beta testing. It is unlikely we can patch this out prior to v1.33 and since you can actually capture the facility in gameplay, albeit by a rather curious means ... we probably won't risk a patch mid campaign to fix this as other things could get broken.
