Password recovery confusing.....

The E-Mail contents sent out when u attempt to change ur password on the forum.

"Dear USERNAME,

As you requested, your password has now been reset. Your new details are as follows:

Username: USERNAME

Password: PASSWORD"

What's the problem? After doing this a bucket load of times using up my 5 tries many a time, only to find out, you login with you ACCOUNT NAME and ACCOUNT PW not INGAME NAME and random PW.....the e-mail sent out says, login with my ingame name as username......

Your game login works for forums, account pages, game, support and CSR.

Sorry about the confusion.

System is working for me as expected. You cannot reset your password through the forums. You should see text alerting you to that when you try.
