.HC gettings spammed with "place AO chat"

Since like 1.31 every time HC needs to place an AO(aka 2 AO's available)

the system will spam the .hc channel with a 3-4 line message every 5 seconds.

Its very annoying and i'd like it to go back to how it was before.. just 1 message every minute or so.
