Mission pending results bug yet again

Thought this bug was dead but surprise! Yet again when I die in the air I get the mission results pending bug.

Friday night / Saturday morning (RAT time) I had the bug back too ... First time in ages. Had it three or four times ...

We're thinking this is not the same mission pending bug, but a new copycat bug. This one seems to be triggered by different things. Of course it never happens to me...

It happens to me at Nov 27 21:04 in Maubeuge.

Spawned Pak at airfield AB, short after i get in position saw EI in AB, so i reported him to others. He shot one of my crew and i despawned with Mission results pending.

One question is - does it only happen if you die during the mission?
