Wounded Infantry Cant Adjust Range

Using K98, wounded infantry can't adjust gun range. But he can reload pull trigger, raise rifle, and so on.

Is this a known bug?

Don't think it is a bug, been like that for years...mebbe the rifle took a hit?

(like in sometimes you can not adjust range, not always)
