How do u place an FRU near an FB?

I spawn in to Andenne fb and see an enemy fru 50 meters from our vehicle spawn. So I try and when i get to the target enemy fb and attempt to deploy fru it tells me i am too close to enemy facility, I back up to the normal length and it deploys, 400 meters from the fb. I check help channel and ask, how do they get it so close? Anser its a defensive fru, ah okay. So I make a defensive mission on hyabes, go to gedinne fb and try and place fru, same thing, you are too close to enemy facility, so what do I do to get it close?
