I received several of these messages while playing yesterday. I filed a .report for one of them but I'm not sure I was specific enough, so I decided to post the screenshots here.

Oh sorry, this is something our host coder put it that completely does not work right. I'm trying to get them removed.

I've gotten that a couple times, quite rare, just run in and out of the building I think (or maybe even in the bldg) and it's fine.
