After messing around with settings to no avail,I deleted all BE downloads, files, betas, test folders.Saved the keymappers&CFML files.

Reinstalled the game from scratch, pasted the CFML file to the BE folder. No more invisible shield on guard rails from depots, all AOK.

It is always best, after several patches to d/l the full current version and do a full uninstall/reinstall.

And of course save your cfml to put back in the fresh install :)

I already had the 260.99 drivers installed and still had the problem, so I went ahead and burned everything down to start over after saving wwiionline.xml and my cfml files. Problem still present altho now I get a clean bullethole in the plexiglas instead of more like a shattered effect.

Isn't this an ancient bug that was remedied somewhere around 1.29? I never got it then, but I recall something about people being unable to shoot between guard rails back then.

As i posted in the other thread on this, it's fixed for me in 1.33 beta.

Updating drivers, reinstall etc not working on live version though.

Edit; is anyone getting this with ATI or is it just nvidia cards?

This is not a cure but a contortion that you should not have to go through. Especially because you are paying for this. The customer shouldn't have to do it.

When you recieve new update, the old stuff should be deleted by the software.

I have had other programs that update, it automatically does just that. Deletes the old and inserts the new.
