Trial sign-up broken

Some issues...

1. Someone in my household signed up, received the trial email notification, but can't login. The error is invalid username/password. Trying to reset the password results in an error saying that both the username and email do not exist.

2. Trying to create a trial account this morning, the state, country, and language drop downs have no options. This means you can't create a trial account at all.

3. If there is an error during the trial account setup there is no way for the potential customer to contact support. Because if you can't login you can't send a message to support.

P.S. - As a web developer/manager for a company that has to maintain high customer satisfaction this seems like a great way to turn off new players (i.e. wasting an hour trying to figure out how to get a message to support).

I created a trial for my grandson last night, it worked ok. Around 8:30/9 pm est.

There is a post in community support that the trial page was broken but rafter was headed ther to fix.

Maybe you tried before he fixed it?
