new FRU placement bugs since mini-patch

many assorted irritating bugs with FRUs now; among which:

1. 'cannot place object in this type of terrain' when on grass or near bush (no road, cobblestone, af, buildings or trees around)

2. 'cannot place object etc' - as above but fru is magically (unseen) set and then just as magically goes away and TIMER RESTARTS (without fru visual or fru built message)

both the above as INF ML experienced BUG 1 twice in a row as TRUCK ML

Squaddie tonite could'nt set fru with opel, could only get green if driveing fast enough to get the opel rocking. If you can find a slope you can "ground" the fru placement tool.

FRU hieght is is off, needs reajusted per vehicle.

OK seems related to the compiler isse same as the fall through the earth bug.

was also unable to place FRU with opel in Ramet today. This is after latest patch, i'de rate this as critical bug tbh.

Oh don't forget to mention you fall through the ground if you spawn in.
