1.32.10 Brigade MOTD Edit missing

Just noticed, but prior to 1.32 and possibly 1.31 players with the rank of Colonel or high (Brigade dxo) had a small pencil icon next to the Brigade Message of the Day on the Brigade Communications tab that allowed them to edit that MOTD. The icon is no longer there, thus the MOTD cannot be edited.

Are you talking about the /hcmotd or the MOTD box on the brigade comms screen?

Also, while you're in there can your restore edit rights to the "news from the hc" box for country and up?
