Brigade Fallbacks for FJ, LW and KM screwed from Patch

No fallbacks for most if not all of them and resulted in some routings.........

I don't get how No Fallbacks result from an FRU fix?

It's been like that a while Kroni

While we have system maintainence all the flags are effectively removed from the map, when they return they have full supply, but the system is unable to track where that flag was last and therefore it routes to training

It happens to both sides and most of the AHC are aware of this and fix the fallbacks asap after restart, I saw rote3 doing the same thing with LW flags and guessed he also knew the problem.

Both sides do know about it, but as it is usually a low pop issue I guess not everybody does, if your a high pop guy you may never have experienced it before

All the updates happen outside my tz so im really never in there when updates and shizzle happen
