Can't log into beta, using trial account

Some people have posted that they can't log in to the beta with their trial accounts. For one user, the problem simply went away.

I'm currently using a trial account and would like to play with the beta, but when I go to log in, it kicks me to the page that says I can't log in. Is this a known issue, or do I need to email support?

trial accounts can't access the beta server, only premium users afaik.

The implication I was trying to make was that the user didn't do anything to make the problem go away.

If the beta stuff isn't available to trial users, then that makes more sense.
