Is this a bug on SpitIX?

I don't understand why the SpitIX is the only aircraft who can't use combat flaps in game. All aircraft's combat flaps are ok but not on SpitIX. I don't know if this is just normal or a bug.

hopefully they find why its broken and retrofit it to the rest of the spitfires. spitfires didnt have variable flaps IRL.

Yes if we make a change to this I think it will be to disable "combat flaps" on the other Spitfires. I'm not saying this work will be tasked but when (if) it is ... that would be the correct application of that manpower.
