#5175 - 1.33.0.11 Cant move when you spawn in

To make it happen spawn out of an infantry with your map open. Spawn right back in, you will not beable to move your character. To move just hit m (map) and then close the map, you will be able to move.

1. Spawn out with map open

2. Spawn in (you cant move)

3. Close map (it allows you to move)

Programmer was not cleared all used variables of last sorties.
