Destroyed Flag Building "Not Capturable" bug

Probably not very important.

1.) Find a destroyed flag building

2.) Go inside. You will see "Can Be Captured" message.

3.) Go upstairs, circle to back of stair opening, then go through the opening where the short wall is missing, hopping back down to the stairs.

4.) You will see "Not Capturable" message.

5.) Exit building and re-enter and you see "Can Be Captured" again.

The only practical issue *could* be that if you do this and an enemy sneaks in and you don't notice him and you stay inside, you will never know he is in there because the building status message may be wrong.

I have never tested this with any enemy.
