Sound and FPS horrible

Help! My sound is horrible!

I can not know which way the shots come and tanks!

Sound Card: SB Audigy

My fps before 70 -80 , now 20 - 30.

please include as much information as you can (hardware, devices, software, drivers) about your system, since without this information we cannot analyse anything that might help rectify your issues and give you a better experience

I know it doesn't sit well to be told that using the bug report and testing forum as a complaint forum provides us no opportunity to help you (because you are clearly frustrated by your experience) but none the less this is true statement, just posting a complaint with zero information about your computer and it's various components doesn't allow us to help you at all, and makes the forum we created to help you a little more useless.

there are tens of thousands of different configurations of hardware, software, devices and drivers that could possibly be arrived at in the PC market, we cannot possibly guess what will work and what won't and what might be the solution most easily created to solve your problem if we are forced to guess that solution
