Grenades and Grenadiers change?

Only a week ago, pre 1.33 I was testing Axis Infantry, specifically Grenadiers and Grenades versus lightly armored Allied vehicles like Vicky/DAC/A13/Pan.

These weapons were quite effective if you knew where to place them, but after 1.33 I have noticed they have lost most of their effectiveness.

Grenadiers bullets no longer penetrate even the lightest armor of these lightly armored vehicles.

Grenades can still blow off wheels but they now do nothing at all if placed on top of the vehicles where before they could actually kill crew members. In fact if you place a grenade on the front of an A13 it will actually FALL THROUGH the tank to the ground!

Was this the effect CSR intended or could it be something that should be looked at?

P.S. if you time it right when you place your grenade on top of an A13, it will blow up AS it is falling through the A13 resulting in complete destruction. I'm sure that's NOT what CRS intended to implement with the new patch.

1) Grenadiers use the same bullets as all the other rifles. I'm not experiencing any changes here.

2) Grenades used to be able in many cases to hang into a vehicle's skin and detonate inside. This is a bug. All of these armored vehicles were designed to be effective against exactly rifles and grenades. DOC can speak to specifics but I would never expect crew to be killed by a grenade.

3) I also see this A13 grenade thing. Very odd. I can't get it to kill any crew. I can't get it to happen on any other vehicles. Have you seen it anywhere else?

Well, since I started to play (2004), Allied granadiers can kill any or most of the German tanks with one granade shot.

It's not a whine. It's just a fact that I thought it was fixed already. I play allied for 2 years and I know pretty well how it happens.

How? Is this a real bug report? Can you kill any axis tank or the 232 with the allied HE grenade? I wasn't aware of this.

(I suppose you aren't somehow making fun of the fact that the British rifle grenadier fires HEAT grenades designed to kill tanks (That's what the Anti Tank in the name means))

Last time I play allied, you still could kill most of Axis tank with a granadier firing 90º from tank side, close to the last track wheel. Just like a sapper.

Yes, I'm talking about Brit granadiers. Even firing HEAT, I guess you can't kill a tank with only one granade.

Ah, ok. Yes, you can and do kill tanks with one HEAT grenade. This is in fact more realistic than sappers. (Also, if you can't kill a tank with a single HEAT grenade, 50 shouldn't make a difference.)

There are theoretical instances where you can kill one with more. Our damage model does have components with cumulative damage meaning (theoretical example) if your fuel tank takes 10 joules of damage it will leak but if it get to 100 joules cumulative it will blow up.
