game starts to boot up and gets as far as 'login complete' on red bar. As soon as it gets to that point it throws me out 9tried in training mode as well, same result).

I had no probs prior to 1.33

Video card type? If this is related to the other report I just commented on, try an older/newer driver. Reinstalling the game rarely fixes anything btw.

I get no error reported at all. The game starts to load and then just shuts down back to the desktop. my vid card is a Geforce GTX 460.

Yea thats the culprit, the driver is dying trying to compile a shader and the OS shuts down the app rudely. What driver version?

266.58_desktop_win7_winvista_64bit_international_whql

With a nVidia Geforce 8600 GTS...

It happened with my older drivers... updated drivers to last version, reboot... and it still happens.

Anyone have ATI?

Odd that it only affects a few people, there has to be a correlation with something. No reports during beta and none in the office.

Did you select the correct sound device in Settings?

Have you tried setting the nVidia driver to defaults?

Setting my sound device from "Primary Sound Driver" to "Speakers" has fixed the problem for me. Thank you :)

Not for me :(

That's the problem there isn't any WWIIOL.log in C:\Program Files (x86)\CRS\Battleground Europe

My operating system is a Windows 7 Pro 64bits

And my video card it's a nVidia 8600 GTS with the latest drivers.

I haven't any sound card, it's the one built in the main board: Asus M2N with nForce chipset if i doen't remember it wrong.

Problem solved uninstalling both: the beta client, and the live client.

Reboot.

And Clean Install.
