What video card/video ram is that? GDI Generic shows up every once in a while as if the OS can't figure out what its video card it is. 0 at 0 just means something jumped into lala land.

"Renderer: GDI Generic"

That's the problem for certain.

When you run settings what GPU is listed to choose from and which have you chosen?

“OpenGL Generic” is Microsoft’s generic software emulation driver. It’s only used when no real OpenGL driver is installed on a system. This means your current driver is borked so the OS fell back on the emulation which doesn't support much of anything.

What's your status rrasty?

Well I don't know what to do to be honest.

I was told "This means your current driver is borked so the OS fell back on the emulation which doesn't support much of anything", but all my other games work on my computer; DC Online, Dragon Age (both), every Steam purchased game I've ever played... old and new alike. So I'm stuck.

I REALLY want to play this game, but not sure what to do at this point. Any suggestions would be most helpful, but telling me I'm "borked" won't do much good because I can play everything on my rig EXCEPT this game. :( On top of all of that my 14 day trial is running out every day I'm not experiencing this game. I guess I'm asking your advice.... what now?

I kicked your trial out another month.

I've asked my code team to have a look and see if we can offer any suggestions.

Have you selected your video card in Settings?

This is run from Strat>Programs>CRS>Battleground Europe>Settings.

First off... thanks for the trial update! I really appreciate it. :)

I have selected my video card setting.... ATI Radeon HD 5600 Series (1680x1050x32). The CRS setting recognized it.

And you are still getting a ctd with GDI Generic?

I still the likelihood is that the driver you are using is either buggy or somehow brokenly installed. OpenGL will return "GDI Generic" if it doesn't find a working driver even if you picked one, at runtime if it can't make the connection it will drop back to the Generic (and useless) one.
