I'm getting something similar, just says Subscription Locked. Not sure what this means.

i was in game i have enough rank to use everythong in game, then it said i did not have the rank to use anything... strange i thought i know i will close down and start again it can up with the message your hourly rate (did not know you did it by the hour) has expired blah blah blah then takes you to a none exsistant url ??? checked account says active account still ????
