1.33 goes retro gaming

Bad lag -low ping - 2 Fps - CTDs - since 1.33 anyone with me ?

I got a Phenom triple core so shud be able to handle the load but alas no it feels like the good ole days of 56k dialups weeeee brrrr weeeee weee

could we have some relevent systems information so that we can have a look at what you might be having issues with, as not everyone is reporting the same results as you are, and we need to know why you are experiencing something different

some configuration detail perhaps ?

maybe we can suggest some things that could be better set up, it isn't always hardware dependant

I got quad 9550@3600ghz, hd6870 1go, 4goram, windows 7 and got average 18-30 fps on good battle, no battle i got 40-70fps, the thing i hate the most about 1.33 is the new audio surround and sound bugs.

Lots of other people have fixed their sound problems by changing the setting from "Primary" to their actual sound hardware, have you tried that?

Please do this test for me:

• launch the game offline

• at the ui type ".benchremagen" and spawn

• record your frame rate

• type ".benchinfantry"

• record your framerate

• exit

Not at all. I have 4GB as well. My fps has dropped as for eveyone, but I never get it under 20fps, even in a busy town.

I've noticed that most of the issues are over large towns. I think it's got to do with a graphics setting but I really haven't looked into in detail. I just know I had a bad performance drop with this last patch.

Oh yeah, and I have some serious performance issues too. I try to remember to do the benchmarks sometime.
