Joystick not being polled

Anybody else having trouble with a Joystick not be polled? As the memory usage goes up in the game it seems to get worse. Have to jiggle the joystick to keep it active. It might be just a bad memory leak

Joysticks are polled at the same rate as your FPS. What are you seeing?

Could your stick be dying? Do you have a second USB port to try?

My stick on my X52 seems to blink a lot on and off but not game related I don't think.

X52 joystick = crap

I had it with mine. The ONLY solution was put it in the trash and unpack my loved MS Force Feedback 2 pro.

This is a Saitek Cyborg X. I never had this problem even while playing Beta offline. It gets worse as the time in game proceeds.

I am getting 159 FPS and a 15ms ping

The lights on the joystick are not blinking but seems to just not register in game but right after I leave I run the calibration and dont see any stutter in the joystick polling.

Ok mystery solved .. I think... bought a new Joystick and seems to have corrected the problem. I guess the electronic chip was losing contact on the USB but not disconnecting so it made a message.

I had one Cyborg as well and I had the same problem, Angriff. Saitek sucks bad.

PS: Which one did you buy?

Cyborg X... had the other one over a year... better than logiteck which would last about 4 months and used to the feel so I bought a new one the same so I did not have to remap and relearn feel. I use rudder pedals so the twist was not needed.

Oh, sorry. I had a Cyborg EVO. Is it similar?
