It appears we have some people who have perpetual rain bugs. we don't know it happens until someone comes into game and says it's clear skies. Then we have to leave the game and reload it for it to clear the sky.

Happened to us too tonight. One squad member logged into the game after midnight on the second day of rain and saw blue skies, no low clouds, no rain. We all logged out like in Ogg's video above, and sky was clear when we logged back in.

There was a new host in 1.33.2. Before I ticket this I need to know if this is still an issue.
