If you were affected, you need to do 1 thing:

REPORT it here or in-game. We do NOT monitor general chat for issues nor are we mind-readers (if we were, that Mega Millions lottery would me mine...MINE!!!). It's of no help in resolving the issue if you just go onto to TS and gripe to no one in particular. We can't fix bugs that way.

So when your crash logs are automatically submitted to CRS the next time you log in, we can narrow down which logs to look for.

Thank you for your assistance.

I just CTD'd, walking west from the Mulheim FB to Duisberg. I had an FRU from Oberhausen to the Axis Mulheim FB to Duisberg. My FPS was dropping as I headed West, hadn't actually gotten near to any enemy units and the game just crashed to the desktop. I wasn't pulling up the map, or changing weapons or anything (I was a BEF RG).

Specs: Win XP Pro SP3, Intel P4 CPU, 3GHz. 3.50 GB of RAM.

ATI Radeon HD 3400 graphics card, latest drivers.

COnnection set to Use Primary

Res set to 1280x720, I have a wide-screen monitor.

Sound Card set to Creative USB headset.

Think every ones getting em all over. Ive had one in Duisberg today just had one in Vianden. Was told no point in posting the error logs. I am getting Blue Screens from time to time and wondering if thats related.

I'm not sure where the error logs you talk about are kept, MM's post says that they automatically get error logs sent to them when we next start up the client, but they need to be able to compare date/time stamps to know where we were when the error was generated

CTD:

Same PC build. Was a rifle, just spawned into an FRU near Mulheim. I heard 232, decided to despawn and get ATR. Hid behind a berm, hit Esc, GUI said RTB (no flag target, assume was to FRU as was still close). CTD'd when I hit OK.

I had been lagging when I spawned in, both at the FB and at FRUs, for 5-10 seconds. The game would load, but nothing would move on my screen and I couldn't move for 5-10 seconds. I'd been playing for about 2 hours this login session, so I'm assuming it's full memory or something. Didn't lose connection, TS2 stayed up the whole time.

log file (not sure if it's any good, I'd logged back into WWIIOL after I crashed)

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
