I think it does have an effect. There have been times so far where we have almost nothing to defend with. And have gotten to the point where we basically couldn't attack for fear of getting pummeled soon after due to no supply.

- Fixed an audio related CTD that accounts for 75% of all reported CTDs

- Fixed several other minor CTDs

- Fixed an instance where some GPU drivers would return an out of memory error and crash

Infantry:

- Improved draw performance for all infantry

- Added new LODs to improve infantry performance

- Reduced head bob when aiming and moving

- Added DE Para pistol holster

- PPO cool down timer bar is always visible

- Added infantry level of detail defaults to the presets

- Players can no longer edit the wwiiol.xml file to remove shadows

Terrain:

- Fixed berm issues at Vervins-Marle FB

Settings:

- Use first sound device if no default sound is found

Live:

- increase max RDP effect on resupply from 50% to 100%

Mac:

- New granny library added to Mac version

Builders:

- Updated Anzacs decal

Yea I am sure it is affecting the ground war a lot... Top tier axis tanks seem much scarcer, as do axis sappers. They are defending very well, and holding on just barely I imagine. But their chances for strong offensives have certainly been hampered by the RDP war.

Makes me wonder why i pay the same sub, as someone who say gets 2x as much tanks of last tier of which they can play with and i can hardly find one because they are scarce in the first place and suck in combat making their value even worse...........

German tanks don't suck in combat, per se, most people just use them improperly.

Long range killing is where they excell. Even an m10 can kill a tiger frontally at 300 meters or so.

yea i saw it last night...was about 400 meters m10 poped the tiger right next to me (I was in a IVG).

lol... an m10 can kill a tiger alot further away than 300m

25mm flak gun has killed me in a tiger from 1.2k frontally, so if the m10 was on the moon..

Is that a bug report ?

A 25mm CaMle.38 flak gun cannot penetrate the PzKw.VI Tiger anywhere let alone frontally.

Has this penetration claim been proven in a controlled test ?

i think it is still to early to tell how the effects are effecting the game as it was introduced when the map wasnt at a neutral position.

i cant wait for the new map...

great changes , Its as if they activated a part of the game that before none of us were interested in beacuse it had little Effect ..and added more strategy at the same time.
